Orders can only be placed via the website using a credit ord debit card Orders will not be accepted for items which are not available for immediate delivery and if paying by credit card, your card will not be charged until your order is prepared for shipping.
All orders will be acknowledged by e-mail within 24 hours, confirming details of total cost including shipping. All orders will normally be shipped within 48 hours but in the event of any delay, you will be notified together with the reason for delay. If you find a delay to be unacceptable, you may cancel your order without penalty.
The only fixed price I can give you is the UK pounds price because I have to process credit card payments in UK pounds which is then converted to other currencies by your card company at the rate of exchange on the day of the transaction. Because exchange rates fluctuate, I can't give a fixed US$ price but you can get an idea by obtaining a conversion from Universal Currency Converter.
Payment can be made by any of the following methods:
- Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Delta, Electron and Maestro (formerly known as Switch in the UK). Please note that all charges will be made in UK Pounds Sterling. Items purchased with a credit or charge card cannot be shipped to a PO Box address.

Prices on this website do not include shipping charges. Below are the shipping options available, prices quoted are for a single item. Costs for shipping multiple items at the same time are available on request. Prices revised 3 April 2020 to account for Royal Mail increases.
International Shipping
Courier
The cost of courier shipping is constantly changing and I will ship with the major company offering the best deal. This company is currently UPS but may change without notice. Shipping to the USA is typically 3 working days and 2 working days to Europe. Trackable online and insured. Like all courier companies UPS will only deliver to a regular address and will not accept shipments to PO boxes.
Cost: UPS increased prices by an average of 12% on 1 January 2019 and the price is now £33.00 up to 1 kilo. Due to a significant increase in the volume shipped with UPS I've negotiated better rates and the shipping charge is reduced to £28 from 31 May 2020.
International Signed For (straps only)
Royal Mail insured service trackable only until it leaves the UK. Only available where the total value of the order is under £500.00 (some destinations offer only up to £100 insurance). Delivery time is between 5 and 10 days depending on destination.
Cost: £8.00 for straps and accessories.
Standard Airmail - (Straps and accessories only)
This is standard airmail without tracking or insurance. Delivery usually within 5 working days. Please select another shipping option if you require insurance. If the package is not insured, I will NOT replace the straps free of charge. Royal Mail changed the way they process international mail on 31 March 2014 and any item more than 5mm thick is now charged as a "small parcel": this has resulted in a 100% increase in shipping cost.
Cost: £3.50 for up to 8 straps.
Shipping within the UK
Special Delivery
All deliveries of watches within the UK are by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Next day delivery guaranteed, trackable, signature required and insured up to £2,500.
Cost: Fixed fee of £9.90. (Price increased from 3 April 2013 due to Royal Mail price increase).
Signed For (formerly Recorded Delivery)
Trackable inasmuch as confirmation of delivery is supplied. Only for goods valued under £50.00. Delivery time as per first class mail. For straps and accessories, watches are shipped only by special delivery.
Cost: Fixed fee of £2.50.
First Class Post
All orders for straps are shipped by First Class Post (large letter) for 95p. Tracking and insurance not available with First Class Post so please select a different shipping option if you require insurance
