This is the second PRS-10 model to be produced by Time Factors, the first was under the name "Broadarrow"in the style of the original military-issue Precista G10 from the early 1980s. The original G10s of the time had minimal water resistance, which is a nonsense for a military watch. This new Precista has a water resistance rating of 100 metres.
The improvements over the original G10s are:
- Movement upgraded to Ronda 715 Li with 10-year battery life
- Crown is now a screw-down crown
- Caseback is now a screw back
- Water resistance increased to 100 metres
- Lug spacing now 20mm (was 19mm) to give a greater choice of straps
- Although a re-issue of an earlier watch, the case has been completely re-engineered
The PRS-10 is guaranteed for two years and will be supplied fitted with a NATO or canvas strap of choice.
