Time Factors is pleased to announce the introduction of its first automatic GMT watch. Using the same case and made to the same high specification as the Speedbird III PRS-22 further down this page, the PRS-22GMT is fitted with the ETA 2893-2 21 jewel self-winding movement with independently adjustable 24 hour hand.
The PRS-22GMT incorporates a soft iron dial, anti-magnetic movement retaining ring and anti-magnetic movement cover giving a very high anti-magnetic rating of 80,000 A/m, a rating usually associated only with watches costing several times the price of the PRS-22GMT.
Because of the difficulty obtaining the ETA2893-2 at a reasonable price, only 100 pieces are available now with the possibility of a further 100 pieces later this year. The movements fitted to this watch were purchased from the liquidators of a well-known Swiss modifier of movements and have been adjusted to a very high standard.
The Speedbird GMT is guaranteed for two years and will be supplied with Speedbird NATO strap and one single watch travel case.
